Job Summary: A leading organization is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to support internal network and data center infrastructure initiatives. This role will focus on implementing and updating applications and tools that monitor and support internal IT systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data centers, networking, IT infrastructure, and security, along with hands-on experience managing complex, high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex projects focused on internal network and data center infrastructure. Implement, upgrade, and maintain monitoring and support applications and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Utilize ticketing systems such as Remedy, Jira, and ServiceNow to manage and track work. Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while clearly differentiating between risks and issues. Provide clear documentation of stakeholder interactions and project updates. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles. Address project challenges proactively and implement effective resolutions. Required Qualifications:
Proven project management experience in complex, high-level IT or infrastructure projects (not transactional or purely operational). Strong background in data centers, networking, infrastructure, and IT security. Proficiency in MS Project. Experience using ticketing systems such as Remedy, Jira, and ServiceNow. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to clearly document and communicate project progress and decisions. Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.). IT Service Management (ITSM) experience. Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments. Additional Information:
