Manage service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, addressing functionality and user concerns. Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software problems to maintain smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and user experience. Handle account setups, password resets, and permissions management in Active Directory. Assist with the installation and configuration of Windows 10 systems. Educate users on best practices for utilizing IT resources effectively. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. Requirements: Proficiency in Active Directory management, including account setup and permissions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems. Experience troubleshooting common hardware and software issues. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and their functionality. Ability to manage service desk tickets and prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
