What are we looking for in an

Application Analyst? As part of our Information Services team, the Application Analyst is responsible for ensuring that software applications are functional for the employees who use them. This requires working with end users to understand their requirements, how they use the application, and what operational practices might need to be adjusted to increase workflow efficiency. The Application Analyst assists with evaluating new software applications and upgrades or customizations of existing applications to ensure optimal usability for our employees. This position requires basic knowledge of clinical practices, the ability to integrate user needs with software features, and strong analytical skills. The Application Analyst will work on-site office during standard M-F 8A-5P working hours. This role is on call, and we cannot guarantee hours. This position is not eligible for benefits.

Application Analyst duties may include: Works with end users to identify functional requirements for agency software applications. Assists in configuration and ongoing development of agency software applications. Serves as the agency liaison to vendors of agency software applications. Communicates agency and end user requirements to internal and external developers. Recommends modifications to existing operational practices as needed to optimize the use of agency applications Provides Tier II technical support. Develops training material and provides staff instruction. Creates and maintains supporting documentation This role will contribute to the implementation and long-term support of new and existing software systems Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or related field Three years of experience or training, with experience in thehealthcare industry preferred In compliance with state and federal law, Comprehensive Healthcare requires all candidates to complete a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check.
