We're hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our client's customer service operations. Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Rotating Schedule

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
  • Answer high-volume inbound calls with professionalism
  • Follow communication scripts and resolve customer inquiries
  • Research issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
  • Document conversations and maintain call center records
  • Build strong relationships and deliver excellent service
  • Attend training sessions to enhance skills and meet performance targets
What You'll Need:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
  • A positive attitude and drive to exceed expectations
