We're hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our client's customer service operations. Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Rotating Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Answer high-volume inbound calls with professionalism
- Follow communication scripts and resolve customer inquiries
- Research issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
- Document conversations and maintain call center records
- Build strong relationships and deliver excellent service
- Attend training sessions to enhance skills and meet performance targets
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- A positive attitude and drive to exceed expectations
