PACO Group is partnering with WMATA to deliver a comprehensive A/E support program for Rail Infrastructure Maintenance and Maintenance of Way Modernization. As Program Manager, you'll oversee all facets of the engagement-managing deliverables, budgets, schedules, and client relationships. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, analysts, and coordinators to ensure WMATA's fixed-asset network is maintained and upgraded to the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee program governance: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality management Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across civil, power, signaling, and communications scopes Serve as primary liaison with WMATA's leadership and stakeholders Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive reports Drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction through regular program reviews Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 10 years' experience managing large, multi-discipline A/E or design-build programs Proven ability leading teams in rail or transit-infrastructure modernization PMP or equivalent program-management certification preferred Exceptional communication, stakeholder-management, and financial-tracking skills
