To support WMATA’s Maintenance of Way Modernization, PACO Group is seeking a Project Manager who will plan and execute individual project scopes—ensuring design deliverables, schedules, and budgets align with program objectives. You will manage sub-consultants, facilitate design reviews, and maintain close coordination with WMATA’s maintenance and capital-program offices.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Manage A/E sub-consultants and review design deliverables for compliance
Lead project‐level risk assessments and mitigation planning
Conduct design‐review workshops and coordinate agency approvals
Prepare monthly progress reports and change‐order evaluations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Engineering or related discipline
7+ years’ project‐management experience on rail-infrastructure or transit projects
Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project; strong cost-control aptitude
Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills
PMI-ACP or PMP certification preferred
