HR Assistant

to join our client's team in Costa Mesa. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with

2-3 years of HR experience , particularly in

workers' compensation

and

benefits administration , who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist employees with

benefits enrollment , answering questions and guiding them through the process. Manage and process

workers' compensation claims , ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Handle

HR paperwork

related to onboarding, benefits, and compliance. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant. Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects. Qualifications: 2-3 years of HR experience , with a focus on

benefits administration

and

workers' compensation . Strong understanding of HR processes and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (preferred).
