From resolving hardware and software issues to implementing cybersecurity measures and leading IT projects, your problem-solving skills will directly impact client success. Responsibilities Technical Support and Troubleshooting Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients. Resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and cloud environments. Conduct cybersecurity audits and implement remediation plans. System Maintenance and Deployment Perform system updates, maintenance, and cloud management tasks. Install and configure end-user environments, servers, networks, and workstations. Assist with hardware and software deployments. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement IT solutions tailored to client needs. Document processes and client interactions in the ticketing system. Security and Compliance Monitor and ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices. Manage and maintain documentation for client systems, internal procedures, and workflows. Stay updated on IT trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Requirements Required Skills and Experience 3+ years as an IT Analyst or similar role, preferably within an MSP. Proficiency in the Following: Windows Server
(2016/2019/2022) and
Windows 10/11
setup and support. Networking:
DNS, VPN, VLAN, WiFi, switches, firewalls (SonicWALL preferred). Virtualization:
VMWare, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, Proxmox, and Parallels. Database Maintenance:
Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and Active Directory. Cybersecurity:
Compliance standards, best practices, and firewall deployments. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems. Relevant industry certifications or advanced education. Knowledge of IT security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO). Soft Skills Strong communication and organizational skills. Customer service focus with the ability to manage multiple client projects. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Other Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits. Availability to participate in on-call support rotations. Due to client-site policies, we require adherence to a smoke-free environment.
