Position Overview

Landmark is currently seeking a talented individual to join our technology team as a

Business Systems Analyst - SharePoint Administrator . The Business Systems Analyst - SharePoint Administrator role will be the internal technical owner of the SharePoint system and lead the enhancement. This position will play a critical role in championing and managing Landmark's collaboration platforms.

A successful candidate will use their knowledge and understanding of collaboration systems, including SharePoint and the full Microsoft stack) to implement solutions to solve current and future challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Champion, actively support, develop, and expand usage of SharePoint as the central hub of company data. Partner with business units to design, develop, and build out SharePoint sites as needed and show them what is possible. Design and implement automations and workflows to streamline processes and exchange data between systems. Govern the system through enforcing compliance through meta-data, permissions, and DLP policies. Create and maintain documentation and training resources relating to business intelligence tools. Lead the effort to migrate content into SharePoint from legacy content storage platforms. Experience

5 to 10 years progressive experience working in similar roles. Expert level knowledge of SharePoint administration, at the site, site collection, and tenant level. Advanced knowledge of the entire Microsoft 365 stack, including Teams, EntraID, SQL Server Management, including performance, views, stored procedures, and permissions. Work in experience with Microsoft Purview for DLP. Experience working with end users to understand how work and information flows, and design and appropriate content structure, including structure, permissions and metadata. Experience developing and supporting workflows, applications, and automations built using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate. Advanced knowledge of the PowerPlatform stack, including Microsoft Dynamics. Ability to think outside-of-the-box and bring unique solutions to complex problems. Experience gathering business requirements, analyzing options, developing a plan for delivery, and partnering with team members to develop and deploy. Ability to discover the true objective and deliver the most efficient and effective method of achieving the goal using appropriate technology. Excellent communication and teaching skills. Education

Associate degree or higher in an Information Technology related field or appropriate work experience
