Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care — using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the resident and care environment. Our proprietary computer vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. From assisted living communities to hospital wards, our system delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery. Teton entered the U.S. market in early 2025 and has already contracted with multiple leading senior living operators. With strong demand and a clear product-market fit, this role represents our third strategic sales hire in the U.S., focused on scaling our presence across the Northeast territory. It's a rare opportunity to drive market expansion and define how we win in one of our highest-potential regions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a GTM strategy to grow Teton’s footprint across the senior living and SNF segment in the Northeast U.S. Own the full sales cycle — from high-volume outbound prospecting and conference attendance to closing multi-stakeholder, enterprise contracts. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and deal updates through our CRM — with a consistent focus on meeting or exceeding quota. Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape our U.S. market approach. What We're Looking For 4–10 years of experience in high-value SaaS sales, ideally in healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated environment. Experience and an existing executive network in the senior living segment is a strong plus. Equally valuable is experience selling innovative, disruptive solutions — shaping buyer vision in markets without pre-defined budgets. Consistent track record of exceeding million-dollar new business quotas, with experience closing high six-figure ACV deals and managing long sales cycles. A hunter mindset paired with consultative selling skills — able to build pipeline at scale and influence senior executives through complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Must be based in the Northeast U.S. (preferably New York or Boston area).
