Job Summary:
Seeking a proactive and dependable
Customer Service Representative
to support a fast-paced logistics and delivery environment. You'll communicate with customers, drivers, and business partners to resolve issues, monitor deliveries, and ensure exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
•
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers and business partners via phone and email. Handle and de-escalate customer complaints professionally. Monitor and track delivery routes and order progress. Diagnose and resolve customer problems. Process delivery order changes or cancellations. Scan haul-away pods and verify shipping documentation. •
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure. •
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of call center or customer service experience. Bilingual skills are a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
