Join a fast-paced logistics support team as a Customer Service Representative, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by assisting with delivery-related inquiries. You'll coordinate between customers, drivers, and internal partners to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound communication via phone and email.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor delivery progress and troubleshoot delays.
- Verify haul-away documentation and scan pods.
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
- Monday-Friday, with possible Saturdays
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to resolve issues under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in a call center or similar environment.
- Strong customer service focus with problem-solving ability.
