Job Summary:
Join a fast-paced logistics support team as a Customer Service Representative, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by assisting with delivery-related inquiries. You'll coordinate between customers, drivers, and internal partners to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound communication via phone and email.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Monitor delivery progress and troubleshoot delays.
  • Verify haul-away documentation and scan pods.
  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Shift & Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, with possible Saturdays
  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or similar environment.
  • Strong customer service focus with problem-solving ability.
