Job Description
Req#: 177333 Provides care and treatment to patients under the supervision of the attending physician(s) in accordance with established guidelines. Obtains health histories and assesses the patient to determine healthcare needs. Performs physical examinations. Orders routine laboratory/diagnostic tests and adjusts treatment plans as appropriate. Makes tentative diagnoses regarding management and treatment of patients. Counsels patients about their health needs. Required:
MSN Current Nurse Practitioner state license BLS certification Preferred:
Prior Nurse Practitioner experience Nicotine Testing:
