BRCO RCSA Program Manager

Position: Manager, BRCO RCSA Facilitators The Manager, BRCO RCSA Facilitators, plays a critical role in managing and executing Comerica's RCSA Program. They ensure alignment with the RCSA Policy and assessment framework to deliver consistent, high-quality results efficiently. The manager will oversee a centralized team of 10 facilitators, ensuring coverage of business units and timely program completion through workshops. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, providing guidance, and partnering with various risk and control teams to maintain program integrity and effectiveness. The role requires collaboration with the First and Second Lines of Defense to ensure RCSA completion in accordance with enterprise risk policies. Key responsibilities involve stakeholder engagement, process planning, quality assurance of RCSA outputs, reporting, and team management. The manager will also be responsible for talent development, budgeting, and other duties as required.
