This role has the opportunity to drive business impact by focusing on key areas where Merchandising, Marketing, eCommerce and Operations intersect. Utilizing advanced data strategies, sources, economics, psychology, and sciences, this leader identifies customer personas, defines their experience with Walmart, and assesses performance across channels. Lead the development and execution of a strategic learning agenda aligned with Walmart’s top priorities. Drive customer-centric strategies and innovation to enhance Walmart’s value proposition and brand. Oversee advanced analytics, behavioral mining, and research methodologies to uncover insights. Identify and prioritize customer journeys, uncover unmet needs, and operationalize solutions. Champion innovation in marketing measurement, attribution, and analytics. Advise senior leadership, influencing enterprise decisions with customer insights. Establish governance models for customer data usage, ensuring quality and compliance. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of integrity, learning, and customer obsession. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align strategies with corporate goals. Qualifications

Proven experience leading large, complex teams across functions and geographies. Deep expertise in customer insights, data analytics, marketing measurement, and customer experience strategy. Strong financial acumen and understanding of retail market dynamics. Success in driving transformational change and innovation. Ability to influence executive leadership and present to boards and stakeholders. Experience developing governance frameworks for customer data and insights.
