The HR Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting our employees by ensuring accurate payroll, seamless benefits administration, and strict regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for a

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies quickly and with care Collaborate with the CPCO & teams to manage compensation changes and reporting Benefits Management: Administer all employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans Support employees through benefit questions and life events with clarity and compassion Lead open enrollment and communicate benefit offerings effectively and empathetically Compliance & Reporting: Prepare and file payroll-related tax documents and year-end reports (e.g., W-2, ACA filings) Ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws and benefits regulations (FLSA, COBRA, ERISA, etc.) Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audits What We're Looking For:
