Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee core HR functions, ensure compliance across U.S. and Canadian operations, and support ongoing process improvement initiatives. This individual will work closely with senior HR leadership and cross-functional teams to drive an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and enhance HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals Ensure ongoing compliance with employment laws and support international immigration processes Manage compensation structures, job classifications, and benefits programs across multiple states and provinces Maintain accuracy and integrity of HRIS data Track and analyze HR metrics, reporting insights to leadership Partner with benefits broker to evaluate and implement 401(k) and health plans Serve as corporate safety officer, overseeing OSHA compliance and Workers’ Compensation Lead special projects and provide strategic HR guidance to internal stakeholders Periodic travel to local manufacturing site and one international trip required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in an HR Manager role (experience in manufacturing strongly preferred) Proven track record in compensation and benefits administration across multi-state operations Intermediate - Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) Experience working directly with brokers to manage 401(k) and benefits offerings Familiarity with U.S. immigration documentation and expatriate processes preferred Flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt and manage a wide range of HR functions Additional Details: Work Schedule:
