Job Description
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for Oracle products and services in the US market. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at client organizations. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Oracle solutions and address client needs. Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client requirements. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines. Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and provide regular updates to management on sales activities and progress. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position Oracle products and differentiate our solutions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our brand and expand our presence in the market.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in selling Oracle products, cloud solutions, or enterprise software. Strong understanding of Oracle’s product portfolio, including database, middleware, applications, and cloud services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business challenges, and position solutions accordingly.
