Our client, a well-established (midsize) PE firm is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistantto support a team of junior to senior-level professionals (4-7 people). This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has exceptional communication skills. This role is in office daily Monday through Fridays. RESPONSIBILITIES: Providecomprehensive administrative supportto multiple executives, handling a range of tasks with professionalism and efficiency. Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare materials. Arrange and coordinatecomplex business travelacross multiple locations, ensuring seamless itineraries and handling expense reimbursements. Maintainfiles, correspondence, and confidential documents, ensuring accuracy and organization. Screen and prioritize calls and emails, responding with good judgment and discretion. Supportcompliance reporting requirementsfor executives as needed. Collaborate with otherExecutive Assistants and administrative staffto ensure smooth operations across the firm. Step in to assistwhen other EAs are out of the officeor need additional support. Take onad hoc projects and special assignmentsas required. REQUIREMENTS:

Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgmentwhen handling sensitive information. Ability tomulti-task, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently under pressurein a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of responsiveness. Exceptionalattention to detail and accuracyin all work. Ateam-oriented mindset, eager to support others and contribute to the firm’s success. Self-motivated with aproactive, can-do attitude—willing to take initiative and go above and beyond. Comfortable adapting tochanging prioritiesand working with different leadership styles. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 5-7+ yearsof experience supporting executives in afast-paced corporate environment. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). HOURS: 8:30-5:30pm; Monday through Fridays

SALARY: $100-125K base + discretionary bonus + amazing benefits
