We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Master Scheduler with experience in automotive (OEM preferred) to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of an efficient and accurate production schedule. The ideal candidate will ensure coordination across multiple departments, align production with demand, and drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes. Develop and manage the master production schedule in alignment with demand forecasts, capacity planning, and material availability. Utilize ERP systems to generate, maintain, and monitor schedules, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Sales to balance customer demand with plant capacity. Apply Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to improve scheduling and workflow efficiency. Perform data analysis to identify bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts, and resource constraints; recommend and implement corrective actions. Lead problem-solving efforts related to production delays or material shortages. Report on scheduling KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership for continuous improvement initiatives. Leverage advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to enhance reporting and scenario planning. Ensure schedule compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and APEX best practices. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Required Knowledge Solid understanding of production planning and scheduling methodologies in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and how they integrate with supply chain and production processes. Familiarity with Project Management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Deep knowledge of data analysis practices for identifying trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies. Awareness of OEM industry standards and production workflows in the automotive sector. Skills & Abilities

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical solutions quickly. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate across all levels of the organization. Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Excellent attention to detail and ability to drive schedule accuracy and operational efficiency. Education, Experience, and/or Required Licenses:

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. APEX Certification (e.g., CPIM or CSCP) strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in a production planning, scheduling, or supply chain role within a manufacturing environment. Previous experience in the automotive industry, especially in OEM manufacturing, is highly desirable. Project Management experience and familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira is an advantage. ElDorado National California Inc. The salary range reflected on the job positing is our good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. While we do not typically hire at the top of the salary range, initial offers are based on the candidates qualifications and experience, with opportunities for growth and increases over time.

Pay Range: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
