Identifies opportunities for improvement. Responsible for policy development and regular updates to align with regulatory bodies. Performs payer audits by providing provider and system data to contracted payers for their annual audits and regulatory body audits. Provides coordination and support for Medical Staff Services committees as assigned. What you will need: EducationNAMSS Certification in Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) and/or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) requiredExperienceRequires 3-5 years of experience in credentialing or medical staff operationsKnowledge / Skills / AbilitiesExhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.Exhibits the aptitude in the following Korn Ferry Global Competencies: Resourcefulness, Ensures Accountability, Optimization of Work Processes, Self-Development and Collaboration.Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products.Strong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively and collegially work with leaders and staff across the organization and external organizations.Highly organized and proven ability to independently and timely manage multiple projects.Demonstration of the "At Our Best" skills of collaboration, accountability, integrity, and purpose.Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
