What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Identify targets for Legal Transformation Services (LTS) and lead senior-level conversations with C-level executives - Drive the sales cycle to enhance LTS offerings and contribute to broader service line revenues - Utilize professional networks to uncover new opportunities and pursue LTS directly - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners - Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and the consulting and delivery organization
What is Required (Qualifications): - 10+ years of consultative sales experience at the C-level and senior executive level - 5+ years of account management or relevant experience in Legal Transformation Services - Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels - Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - BA/BS degree or equivalent; JD degree preferred
