What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Identify targets and lead discussions with C-level and senior management regarding legal transformation initiatives - Drive the sales cycle for LTS offerings and promote revenue growth across broader service lines - Utilize professional networks to uncover new opportunities for LTS - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners - Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and the delivery organization to ensure successful solution implementation

What is Required (Qualifications): - 10+ years of consultative sales experience at the C-level and senior executive level - 5+ years of account management or relevant experience in Legal Transformation Services - Proven ability to communicate effectively with executives and influence decision-making - Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - BA/BS degree or equivalent; JD degree preferred
