Travel RN - Telemetry

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry unit night shift position requiring BLS certification and telemetry skills.Job Details•Position is in the Telemetry unit (South Tower 3 East) at a hospital,•Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week,•Every other weekend work required,•Floating to float pool and similar units as needed within skillset,•Patient population includes pneumonia and sepsis cases,•Unit has 30 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6,•Special procedures include breathing treatments, chest tube set-up and care, CPAP/BiPap, and trach care,•Uses Epic for charting and documentation,Job Requirements•Active RN license required,•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required,•Telemetry nursing experience preferred,•Ability to perform specialized respiratory care procedures,•Must wear navy blue scrubs,Additional Information•Main duties include monitoring cardiac patients and performing specialized respiratory care procedures,•Candidates should expect to float to similar units as needed,•No on-call responsibilities for this position,•First-time travelers will be considered,),•hash,:•8284605871025453859,
