We are looking for a compassionate and skilled nurse who is passionate about maternal and newborn care to provide high-quality care to our patients. Unit Information: - Number of Beds: 8 labor beds, 2 triage beds, 2 operating rooms, and 1 recovery room bed- Staffing: 32 staff members, including Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs), RNs, Transition RNs, Unit Secretaries, and Certified Surgical Technologists (CST) Patient Ratios: - 1:1 to 2:1 Types of Equipment: - GE Monitors- Panda Warmers- Novi- Neptune EMR (CPN, Meditech) Responsibilities: - Provide care for laboring patients and support their partner's involvement in the birthing process.- Assist in vaginal deliveries and C-sections.- Deliver care for newly delivered mothers and their newborns.- Ensure safety and comfort while utilizing advanced technology and equipment. Required Skills: - Transition, postpartum, and newborn care experience is a must.- Preferred charge experience.
