nWe are seeking a Customer Service Title Agent to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, a fast learner, with good analytical skills, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
nResponsibilities
nProcess Motor Vehicle Tag and Title Transactions for the public and the business community.
nParticipate with marketing campaigns tasks to promote business.
nUtilize software that interface with the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) Database.
nReview completed transactions for accuracy, scan, and file according to company standards.
nReport deficiencies or any issues prohibiting job to be performed accurately to immediate supervisor.
nMaintain office organization according to company standards.
nLearn and apply any new implemented processes and MVA updates to process transactions successfully.
nIdentify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information and provide solutions
nUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
nAttend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
nQualifications
nHigh school diploma/GED
nPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
nComfortable using computers and customer management software
nExcellent phone and verbal communication skills
nUnderstanding of active listening techniques
nAbility to work well under pressure
nHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.
nAbility to grasp information quickly and apply it.
