We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Front desk area.
nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of front desk staff, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
Responsibilities:

- Supervise, train, and motivate front desk staff n
- Ensure efficient operation of front desk, including check-in, check-out and guest inquiries n
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues n
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest transitions n
- Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts in a timely manner n
- Stay updated on hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance n
