Job Summary: We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of the front desk at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing reservations, coordinating guest services, and supervising front desk staff.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities - Proficiency in hotel management software - Ability to handle complaints and conflicts in a professional manner - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
Responsibilities: - Train, supervise, and support front desk staff - Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests - Manage room reservations and monitor room availability - Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally - Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Monitor and report on the performance of the front desk team - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
