Sous Chef - What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate a talented BOH team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance kitchen culture.
Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency in every dish.
Actively participate in cooking, expediting, and driving execution during service.
Support training and development to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
Uphold the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Contribute creatively to menu evolution and seasonal offerings.
Sous Chef - What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a high-volume, upscale, full-service restaurant.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team.
Deep passion for food, hospitality, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Strong working knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
Experience with restaurant openings is a strong plus.
