Sous Chef -  What You’ll Do

  • Lead and motivate a talented BOH team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance kitchen culture.

  • Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency in every dish.

  • Actively participate in cooking, expediting, and driving execution during service.

  • Support training and development to build a strong internal talent pipeline.

  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.

  • Contribute creatively to menu evolution and seasonal offerings.

Sous Chef  -  What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a high-volume, upscale, full-service restaurant.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team.

  • Deep passion for food, hospitality, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.

  • Experience with restaurant openings is a strong plus.

Sous Chef - What We Offer
