We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and team-oriented Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. As the Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to execute high-quality Mediterranean-inspired dishes, maintain kitchen efficiency, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning, preparing, and executing menu items to our exacting standards

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff during service

  • Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes

  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen team members

  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and food cost control

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

  • Step into the role of Executive Chef when required

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of culinary experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and cooking techniques preferred

  • Ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) a plus
