System Integrator Testing

to join our team in Pomona, CA. This position supports and programs PLCs and touch screens while configuring electrical and mechanical equipment to operate to rigid performance specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Allen Bradley software, a strong background in electrical troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment, and the ability to read and understand blueprints. This is a day shift position, Monday through Friday, and includes both domestic and international travel (up to 30%). , electrical troubleshooting, and machine integration. They are comfortable working independently, communicating directly with clients, and traveling for onsite support. A strong problem-solver with solid blueprint reading skills, this person thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality, reliable systems. Leadership experience or mentoring abilities are a plus. Key Responsibilities Program and configure PLCs and touch screens using Allen Bradley software Troubleshoot and resolve electrical malfunctions in a manufacturing setting Read and interpret blueprints for machine component assembly Configure equipment to meet exact operational specifications Program industrial control systems including inverters and temperature controllers Oversee installation and testing of new equipment Lead operational training for customers and write technical instructions Write Quality Discrepancy Reports (QDR) for problem resolution Use hand and power tools to correct mechanical and electrical issues Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance Operate forklift, pallet jack, and scissor-lift when needed Ensure compliance with safety standards and meet project deadlines Qualifications Required: Must know how to program PLCs and touch screens (Allen Bradley required) Electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and understand blueprints Valid California Drivers License with clean record Forklift certification Must provide and use own hand tools Willing and able to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field Experience with AutoCAD (E-Plan) Bilingual in Spanish Familiarity with Made2Manage (M2M) ERP system Work Environment & Physical Demands Manufacturing and assembly environment Use of hand and power tools Standing, lifting, and equipment handling required Travel to customer sites for installations and service (domestic and international) Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities Why Join Us?
