Who You Are
You’re a relationship-builder, closer, and problem-solver — all rolled into one. You’ve mastered the art of prospecting and presenting tailored solutions, and you thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
Experience & Skills
3+ years of successful IT staffing sales experience with a strong track record in prospecting and closing (required). Proven top-performer — your results speak for themselves (awards, quota achievements, etc.). Existing network of decision-makers within NYC-area Fortune 1000, utilities, or government (preferred).
Mindset & Character
Highly driven and goal-oriented — you set the bar high and beat it. Entrepreneurial and motivated by performance, not safety nets. Proactive self-starter who thrives without micromanagement. Values relationships, authenticity, and helping others succeed. Creative, solutions-oriented thinker with solid business instincts. Grounded in integrity, grit, and personal accountability.
