Work model:
On-Site Monday - Friday 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What you will do: Answer phone calls and determine the caller's need Communicate with the customer in writing or verbally to obtain additional or missing information Log client concerns and escalate them to the appropriate parties for resolution Share benefit limits, options, and costs as requested What you need to be successful: 1+ years of call center experience Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, as well as the ability to quickly build rapport with callers Strong computer skills with experience using several applications and screens simultaneously Dedication to a high-quality client experience, focusing on quality over quantity Bachelor's degree (preferred) Previous experience in Life and Heath or Property and Casualty insurance (preferred) Benefits overview:
