Strong organizational skills. Aaccurately track and record cash flow working within a wonderful office environment that mentors and coaches employees to strive to excellence. Experience working within a high volume transaction accounting environment. Invoice Processing: -

Receiving, verifying, and accurately entering invoices into the accounting system. Payment Processing -

Preparing and processing payments to vendors, including electronic payments, checks, and other methods. Vendor Management: -

Maintaining vendor information, communicating with vendors regarding invoices and payments, and resolving any discrepancies. Account Reconciliation: -

Reconciling vendor statements, bank statements, and other financial records related to accounts payable. Month-End Closing: -

Assisting with month-end closing processes, such as preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts. Reporting: -

Generating reports on accounts payable activity, such as aging reports, payment forecasts, and expense reports. Compliance: -

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant tax regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3 - 7 years in accounting or related field Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills Detail oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Quickbooks Online Proficent Excel Seniority level
