New Business/Sales Director
to help accelerate enterprise growth in the U.S. This is a
pure IC role , focused 100% on
net-new logo acquisition , and reports directly into the CRO. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to build pipeline from scratch, and can navigate strategic, multi-threaded sales cycles in security-conscious organisations. What You’ll Be Doing: Own the full new business cycle - from prospecting through close - with enterprise and upper mid-market targets Drive strategic outbound activity while leveraging support from SDRs and marketing Work closely with the CRO and leadership team to refine messaging, pricing, and GTM approach Sell a differentiated XDR platform with built-in MDR and high relevance to overburdened security teams Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product, sales, and post-sales What You’ll Bring: Strong background in cybersecurity SaaS sales Experience selling XDR, EDR, Endpoint or similar products Proven success landing
