We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Manager, Finance to support our Meat and Seafood merchandising teams. This individual will be responsible for accurately planning and forecasting $8 billion in annual Sales, along with related merchant profit components. The successful candidate will act as a co-pilot to the cross-functional matrix team, driving financial performance through data-driven insights and strategic planning. What You'll Do: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement merchandise strategies aligned with business goals. Build and maintain financial models to identify trends and inform key business decisions for productivity, sales, and profitability. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior leadership. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and evaluate business opportunities. Provide financial advice to merchant partners, enabling data-driven decision making. What You'll Bring: Expertise in analyzing complex financial data and deriving actionable insights. Proficiency with SQL, PowerBI, and BigQuery for data modeling and reporting. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and communicate financial concepts to non-financial audiences. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and experience working cross-functionally. Experience presenting insights and recommendations at all organizational levels. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area. 1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects. 1 year's supervisory experience.
