The Senior Manager, Fulfillment Strategy supports Sam's Club eCommerce by developing and executing fulfillment plans that directly align with overall business objectives. Shape fulfillment strategy by defining objectives and implementing plans that support Sam's Club eCommerce growth. Drive process optimization by evaluating current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and rolling out improvements that boost efficiency and effectiveness across fulfillment operations. Turn data into insights by building and reviewing performance metrics, spotting trends, and making data-driven recommendations that enhance service, speed, and cost. Lead cross-functional projects from conception through implementation, coordinating with supply chain, merchandising, finance, product, engineering, and operations teams. Ensure flawless execution by developing priorities, setting performance standards, removing obstacles, creating contingency plans, and adjusting as needed to meet or exceed goals. Champion change and continuous learning by communicating strategic direction, managing key performance reporting, and fostering a culture of improvement across the network. What You'll Bring
Proven expertise in strategic planning and translating high-level objectives into executable fulfillment roadmaps. Deep experience in process optimization, including identifying bottlenecks, benchmarking best practices, and scaling improvements. Advanced data-analysis skills with a track record of using metrics to guide decisions and measure outcomes. Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence, partnering effectively with supply-chain, merchandising, finance, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders. from risk assessment and stakeholder alignment to communication of key performance metrics.
