Director of Mortgage-Backed Securities Policy and Program , you will: RequirementsQualifications You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement: Specialized Experience:

For the

GS-15

grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the

GS-14

grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes: - Developing policy for a program involving organizations in the Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) industry; - Coordinating with other organizations, both Federal and Non-Federal, concerning the development of MBS policy; - Leading staff responsible for policy development and organizational work groups. Experience may be in the public, private, or volunteer sectors. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is prorated. Please include employment dates and hours worked per week on your resume.
