Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring an efficient and satisfactory resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company system. Provide knowledge and insights on products and services to guide customers effectively. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service offerings. Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to management for continuous improvement. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems for tracking inquiries and responses. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Benefits
