12-hour days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) Hours per Week:
36 Weekend Requirement:
1 in 4 weekends, 12-hour shifts Call Requirement:
One overnight call (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM for Trauma); additional specialty team call as scheduled Estimated Weekly Salary:
$2100-$2250 Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active RN license (Registered Nurse) Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience Level 1 trauma nursing experience required CNOR certification preferred Experience with Epic EMR preferred Proficiency with advanced surgical equipment (Storz, Stryker, Olympus, Intuitive Robot) Strong teamwork, flexibility, and accountability Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver perioperative nursing care for vascular and trauma cases in a 26-bed OR Participate in trauma and vascular call coverage Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic EMR Demonstrate skills in general, GU/GYN, ortho trauma, ortho joints, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, plastics, dental, and endovascular procedures (preferred) Follow hospital protocols and dress code (teal scrubs provided)
