SVP-Client Solutions

Work closely with clients and business to assess client fund servicing needs, design target operating models and identify technology solutions best suited to meet client needs. Work directly with Business Development to play an active role in client pitches by effectively demonstrating and communicating Transformations Offices expertise, best practices and technological solutions. Design & implement strategic client transformation engagements by actively collaborating with the client & the wider business Provide subject matter expertise and deep product knowledge within your specialized area(s) (eg. Private Markets, Real Assets, Hedge, IR, Treasury, Middle Office etc) Work closely with Business Analysts and broader project and business teams to guide, teach, and impart specialized knowledge. Assist with business requirements sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your specialized area. Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach translating business strategies and goals into executable projects Highlight areas of risk, contribute to meetings and overall project reporting via the project manager. Maintain a proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry changes and technology advancements. Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Transformation Office About You: 10+ years of industry experience. Client facing experience in financial service industry essential. Strong knowledge of alternatives fund structures, fund types, and asset operations, and familiarity with investment accounting rules and standards essential. Business development and client relationship management experience beneficial. Experienced in leading business transformation initiatives beneficial. Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in industry. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to be creative and innovative. Ability to influence and persuade. Seniority level
