Candidate Requirement:

Project Scope: Deliver IT technical support for endpoint devices across agency locations. Provide Tier-1 support and assist the Help Desk team. Respond to cyber threats (malware, ransomware, Trojans, etc.). Perform network troubleshooting between endpoint devices and distribution switches. Support asset inventory and maintenance. Configure and deploy new systems and devices. Manage Active Directory and SCCM-related tasks including user configuration and password resets. Daily Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and support:
Computer hardware and software Printers and peripherals Network connectivity (LAN/WAN)
Maintain and update ticketing system. Troubleshoot endpoint and network issues. Process equipment maintenance and inventory requests. Manage Active Directory user data and policies. Use SCCM for system configurations and deployments. Conduct periodic equipment inventory audits across state regions. Required Deliverables: Documentation
Technical documentation End-user guides
Knowledge Transfer
End-user and technical training sessions (screen-sharing or recorded)
Status Reporting
Weekly updates on completed tasks and upcoming activities
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Technology Management OR 5+ years of equivalent IT work experience
Technical Experience:
5+ years in enterprise desktop support & customer service 3+ years in system administration Proficiency in:
Windows 10 / 11
desktop administration SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) MDM (Mobile Device Management) GPO (Group Policy Object)
Preferred Skills:
Excellent understanding of:
Enterprise desktop support environments Endpoint device network troubleshooting
Familiarity with:
IT networks, virtualized systems, databases, storage systems Windows Server 2019 & Windows Security VOIP systems Microsoft 365 Lansweeper
Strong personal ethics, motivation, and accountability Ability to learn quickly and prioritize independently Strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Certifications (Not Required):
