An experienced

Desktop Support Technician

is needed to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, create user and technical documentation, deliver training, and provide end-user support. This position requires hands-on troubleshooting for desktops, printers, network issues, and MDM-managed iPhones. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset are essential. Key Responsibilities: Provide support for desktop hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity issues. Create and update technical documentation and user manuals. Deliver technical and user training, both in person and via remote tools. Monitor cybersecurity threats such as ransomware, malware, and other vulnerabilities. Assist in the preparation and deployment of IT systems and mobile devices for staff. Manage ticket updates and resolution in the helpdesk system. Perform Active Directory updates, including password resets and user configurations. Utilize SCCM for system updates and endpoint management. Troubleshoot network connectivity between end-user devices and network infrastructure. Maintain and track IT inventory across multiple office locations. Support users remotely and onsite across different locations. Required Deliverables: Documentation: Technical and User Documentation

Status Reporting: Weekly reports to management outlining accomplishments and upcoming plans

Required Skills: Strong experience in enterprise desktop support and customer service. Proficiency with Windows 7/10/11 desktop administration. Hands-on troubleshooting of desktops, printers, networks, and MDM-managed iPhones. Working knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM. Solid understanding of IT networking, virtual environments, storage, and databases. Familiarity with Windows Group Policy Objects (GPO). Strong communication skills-phone, email, and in-person. Ability to manage support remotely and onsite across multiple locations. Technical Environment: Windows 10/11 Enterprise Group Policy (GPO) Active Directory SCCM Windows Server 2019 VoIP Systems Microsoft 365 (M365) Preferred Skills: High ethical and professional standards Understanding of enterprise IT support models and troubleshooting Strong interpersonal and time-management skills Self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and take initiative Required Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+ CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Security+ MCSA: Windows 10
