This position involves a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts, working primarily on the night shift and requiring a commitment of 36 hours per week (excluding the orientation week). Nurses will be expected to work every other weekend. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Monitor patient conditions, document care provided, and report changes to the medical team.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.- Participate in patient education and support to foster recovery and well-being. Qualifications: - Current and valid RN license.- Relevant nursing experience preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. Additional Requirements: - COVID-19 and flu vaccination is required, with the option for medical or religious exemptions.- Candidates residing within 50 miles may be subject to a lower rate structure.
