IT Support Analyst – Law Firm (Could Also Hire In Houston Or Dallas)
One of my legal clients is looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support to attorneys and staff in a high-demand, fast-paced environment. This role will focus on resolving hardware, software, and application issues while supporting key legal technologies and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver first- and second-line support across desktops, mobile devices, and legal software.
Support Microsoft 365, Windows, VPN/Citrix, and tools like iManage, Litera, and Nuance PDF.
Manage user accounts via Active Directory and handle onboarding/offboarding tasks.
Track and resolve tickets using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow or Ivanti).
Document resolutions and collaborate with infrastructure and application teams as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting users in a law firm or professional services setting.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office in a legal context (styles, templates, redlining).
Familiarity with legal tech platforms and remote access tools.
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
ITIL certification is a plus.
