About the Role

A well-established company in the nutritional products sector is seeking two reliable and professional Customer Service Representatives to join their inbound call center team. This is an onsite position based in Chula Vista, with potential for remote work following successful completion of the initial training and evaluation period.

Responsibilities

Answer 30-50 inbound customer calls daily in a professional and courteous manner Process new product orders and manage updates to monthly autoship subscriptions Provide accurate information in response to customer questions regarding products and services Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using internal systems Deliver consistent, patient, and clear communication, primarily to an older demographic Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in any industry Strong phone communication skills and comfort handling high call volume Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn and navigate new software systems efficiently Dependable with reliable transportation for onsite attendance Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required Additional Information This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth All work will initially be performed onsite at the Chula Vista location Training and support are provided
