Qualifications 2 + years of experience in AP Manual invoice processing experience SAGE 100 experience preferred Excel- V Lookups and SUMIFS required. Job Description Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. Sort and distribute incoming mail. Process P.O. matching invoices, as applicable- they will be processing 150-200 invoices weekly Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly. Respond to all vendor inquiries. - most via email but some vendors do call in Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies - reconciliations - month end Accrual Accounting Assist in month end closing- they will be helping with Full Cycle month end close. Month-end close usually takes about 5 days Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. Assist with other projects as needed Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
