Infrastructure System Administrator - (Contract-West) - up to $8K

Scope of Work Maintain and manage cloud infrastructure across multiple environments (development, staging and production) Design and implement cloud security controls, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) Establish and maintain cloud security posture and compliance frameworks, including supporting security audits and vulnerability assessments Support and manage hybrid cloud solutions, integrating on-premises and cloud resources e ectively Monitor cloud resource utilisation and optimise costs through instance right-sizing based on usage patterns Implement and monitor backup and business continuity solutions, including periodic recovery testing Design and implement cloud automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools Identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues whilst implementing longterm solutions Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Deploy comprehensive monitoring solutions with automated alerts for performance thresholds Develop and maintain automated procedures for resource housekeeping, including cleanup of unused resources and automated cost reporting Requirements Cloud platforms: Azure, or GCP Network infrastructure and security Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell) Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) Version control systems (Git) Linux/Unix administration Knowledge of containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Relevant cloud certifications ( Azure Administrator, or equivalent) If you are keen to know more about this role, please email Mary at marymarquez@.sg and send your resume in MS Word format.
