Job Summary: As a

Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II , you will be the face of care for patients seeking diagnostic services. In this role, you will collect and process high-quality blood specimens while ensuring patient comfort, data accuracy, and adherence to healthcare protocols. Your work will directly support timely and reliable laboratory diagnostics that drive informed patient care decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Draw quality blood samples from patients, including pediatric and geriatric populations. Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort throughout the collection process. Verify and label specimens accurately in the patient's presence. Maintain documentation and specimen logs as required. Perform clinical and forensic collections per established guidelines. Travel and adapt to work across multiple Patient Service Centers and in-office sites as needed. Support operational policies and uphold a safe, clean, and professional environment. Deliver excellent customer service while upholding confidentiality and organizational values. Required Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. Prior customer service experience in a healthcare or retail setting. Proficient keyboard and data entry skills. Nice-to-Have Experience:

Medical assistant or paramedic training. Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA). Ability to travel with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Required Skills:
