Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Provide information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions. Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and share best practices. Identify common customer issues and trends to help improve customer experiences. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance personal skills and knowledge. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Benefits
